Custom values
Define frequently used details like your clinic address, map link and price list once, then use them in every template.

Your patient coordinators type the same details over and over every day: the clinic address, the Google Maps link, the price list, airport transfer information. Custom Values let you save these once and use them in message templates with a short key. When the address changes, you update one place and every template uses the new address automatically.
How is this different from a custom field?

View your custom values
- Open Settings → Custom Values. The list shows each value's name, content and key.
- Click Add Custom Value in the top-right corner to add a new one.
Add a custom value
- Type a descriptive name in Name, e.g. "Google Maps Link". The key is generated from the name:
{{custom_values.google_maps_link}}. - Type or paste the content in Value.
- Click Save.
Use them in templates
Click the copy icon next to a key in the list and paste it into a snippet. For example, a hotel and transfer template:
Dear {{contact.first_name}}, our clinic is at {{custom_values.clinic_address}}. Here is the map: {{custom_values.google_maps_link}}. {{custom_values.airport_transfer_info}}.
When the message is sent, the keys are replaced with the real values. To create templates, see Templates and snippets.
Suggested custom values for medical tourism
- Clinic Address — full address
- Google Maps Link — the clinic's map location
- Price List (EN), Price List (DE) — price list links by language
- Airport Transfer Info — a short line such as "Free VIP transfer from IST and SAW"
- Partner Hotel — partner hotel name and link
- Clinic WhatsApp — the WhatsApp number patients should message
- Before-After Gallery — link to your results gallery
Tip
Create a separate value for each language (price_list_en, price_list_de). That way the German template always points to the German price list.
Edit and delete
To update a value, click its row, change the value and save. The change applies immediately in every template that uses the key.
Heads up
If you delete a custom value, templates that use it will show an empty key and patients will receive an incomplete message. Check your templates before deleting — and where possible, update the value instead.
