Brand boards
Keep your clinic's logos, colours and fonts in one place for consistency across all materials.

Brand Boards keep your clinic's visual identity in one place: logos, colour codes and fonts. When your team or the MedicalGrow team prepares a booking page, email or form, they take the right logo and colours from here. Patients abroad often only ever see your clinic on a screen, so seeing the same identity at every touchpoint builds trust.
Creating a brand board
- Open Settings → Brand Boards and create a new brand board (e.g. Aura Dental).
- Under Logos, upload versions of your logo for light and dark backgrounds. Transparent PNG or SVG works best.
- Under Colors, add your brand colours as HEX codes and give each a clear name (Primary, Accent, Background, Text).
- Under Fonts, choose the fonts you use for headings and body text. Save.
Tip
Don't guess colour codes; ask the agency that built your website or brand guidelines. Three slightly different shades of the same green make your materials look inconsistent.
Multiple brands
If a clinic group runs more than one brand (e.g. a dental clinic and an aesthetics centre), create a separate board for each. Name each board after the brand so the team doesn't use the wrong logo.
How it differs from the business profile
The logo on the Business profile page is the official logo used by the panel and system messages. A brand board is the reference archive for all your visual assets (logo variations, colours, fonts). When you change your logo, update both.
In practice
- New team members: when someone joins to work on design or social media, point them straight to the brand board.
- Working with agencies: your ad agency takes colour codes from here when preparing new campaign visuals.
- Multilingual materials: materials for English, German and Arabic-speaking patients use the same logo and colours; only the text changes.
Common issues
The logo looks blurry. Upload a higher-resolution file (at least 512 px wide) or an SVG.
My font isn't in the list. The panel usually offers common web fonts. If you use a custom font, choose the closest alternative and note the real font name in the board's description.
