Customise cards

Choose which fields appear on board cards, so you can see treatment type and travel date without opening the card.

2 min read

By default, an opportunity card shows the patient's name, value and source. For your coordinators, though, the treatment type or planned travel date may matter far more. With Manage Fields you choose what each card shows.

The Manage Fields panel: choosing and ordering the fields shown on cards.
  1. On the Opportunities board, click Manage Fields in the toolbar above the columns.
  2. Tick the fields you want on the card and untick the ones you don't need. Alongside standard fields (Opportunity Value, Owner, Source, Lost Reason…) you can also pick opportunity custom fields.
  3. Drag the fields to reorder them; put the most important information at the top.
  4. Click Save. Cards update immediately.

Note

There's a limit on how many fields a card can show at once (currently 7). Once you reach it, untick a field before adding a new one.

Who does this affect?

Card layout is personal: your choice only applies to your screen. Other users in the same account see their own layout. This means:

  • coordinators can highlight treatment type and travel date,
  • the sales lead can highlight value and owner,
  • the transfer team can highlight flight and hotel details.

Tip

Write a short internal note on which fields each role should show. A new coordinator then sets up the board correctly on day one.

Suggestions by role

RoleSuggested card fields
Patient coordinatorOpportunity Value, Treatment type, Planned travel date, Tags, Source
Sales lead / managerOpportunity Value, Owner, Source, Lost Reason
Transfer & hotel teamPlanned travel date, Arrival flight, Hotel, Owner

Fields such as "Treatment type" and "Planned travel date" are custom fields and need to be created first. See Custom fields and Recommended custom fields.

Clinic example

Emma de Vries from the Netherlands is coming to Istanbul on 14 November for All-on-4. Coordinator Can has added Treatment type and Planned travel date to his cards. Looking at the Travel Booked column, he can see who is arriving when without opening each card, and alerts the transfer team in good time.

Troubleshooting

My custom field isn't in the list. Make sure the field was created on the Opportunity object; contact fields may not be available for opportunity cards.

My cards went back to the old layout. You may be signed in on a different browser or as a different user; the layout is per user.
