The Kaynaklar (Sources) tab
Comparing lead sources by reach, sales, conversion, revenue and follow-up; the automatic insight cards.
3 min read
The Kaynaklar (Sources) tab connects ad budget decisions to your sales team's real results. It shows which sources bring patients who actually buy, and which sources' leads are left without follow-up. It's the first place to look before saying "Facebook brings bad leads".
Where does the source come from?
The Chief reads the source from the opportunity's source field. Opportunities with an empty source are grouped under Bilinmiyor (Unknown). The table shows at most 10 rows; anything after the 9 biggest sources is combined into Diğer (Other).
Tip
The tidier your source field, the more useful this tab becomes. Check that opportunities from forms, ads and messaging channels arrive with a source, and make choosing a source a habit when the team creates opportunities by hand. See Attribution report.
Reading the tab
- Choose a period with the selector at the top. For comparing sources, Son 90 gün (Last 90 days) is usually more meaningful; short periods have few sales.
- If there's enough data, three insight cards appear: En iyi dönen kaynak (Best-converting source), En zayıf kaynak (Weakest source) and İhmal edilen kaynak (Neglected source).
- The Kaynak performansı (Source performance) table evaluates each source with cohort logic: leads that came in during the selected period, with their current status.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Hacim / Lead (Volume / Leads) | Leads from that source in the period |
| Ulaşılma (Reach rate) | Share that reached a Spoken to, Payment, Won or Lost class |
| Satış (Sales) | Won leads |
| Dönüşüm (Conversion) | Sales ÷ Leads. Above 12% ↑ green, below 5% ↓ red |
| Ciro (Revenue) | Total value of won opportunities |
| Dokunulmamış (Untouched) | Open leads from that source with no human contact at all (orange) |
| İlk temas (First contact) | Median first-contact time in business hours |
When do the insight cards appear?
Insights are only shown when the comparison makes sense:
- At least two sources must have 10 or more leads in the period (Other and Unknown don't count).
- Total sales in the period must be at least 3. With fewer, the Chief says: "Bu dönemde kaynakları satış üzerinden karşılaştırmak için yeterli satış yok. Daha uzun bir dönem seç (ör. Son 90 gün)." (Not enough sales in this period to compare sources by sales. Choose a longer period, e.g. Last 90 days.)
The Neglected source card shows the source with the largest share of leads that were never called or messaged. Its message matters: the source may not be bad; the follow-up may be missing.
Medical tourism example
In the last 90 days, 14 leads came from TikTok and none became a sale. At first glance, switching off TikTok ads looks sensible. But the Untouched column on the same row says 6, and median first contact is 2.3 hours: half of these patients never got a reply. The decision shouldn't be "switch off TikTok" but "call TikTok leads within the first hour for a week, then look again".
Meanwhile 15.2% of the 33 leads from Google Ads became sales. If that source's average basket and time to sale are also good, it's solid data for a budget increase conversation.
Note
The Sources tab doesn't know your ad spend and doesn't calculate cost per sale. To look at results alongside spend, use the Facebook Ads report and the Google Ads report.
Common issues
Most leads show as "Bilinmiyor" (Unknown). The opportunities' source field is empty. If your forms and integrations don't fill in a source, message our support team on WhatsApp.
The same source appears twice with different names. The Chief groups the text in the source field exactly as it is. Standardise source names in Opportunities.
