Alerts
All 11 rules with their conditions and default thresholds; filtering the alert list, past days and the day comparison.

The Uyarılar (Alerts) tab is the Chief's daily to-do list. Each alert tells you four things: which patient, whose responsibility, what happened and what to do. Alerts are grouped by agent, so each agent sees their own list and the manager sees at a glance who is falling behind.
Using the alert list
- Use the Tümü (All), Kritik (Critical) and Uyarı (Warning) filters at the top to choose severity. Critical (red) should be solved today; Warning (orange) within 24 hours.
- Pick a past day from the Gün (Day) list and click Göster (Show) to see that day's saved alerts. The default is Bugün (canlı) (Today, live).
- Narrow the list with the chips in the Kural (Rule) and Satışçı (Agent) rows. Each chip shows the number of alerts in that filter; hover over a rule chip to see its description.
- Each agent's card holds an alert table: Durum (Status), Lead, Stage, Ne oldu (What happened), Ne yap (What to do), Süre (Duration) and Değer (Value). A card shows up to 25 alerts; use Tümünü göster (Show all) for the rest.
- Use PDF / Yazdır (PDF / Print) to get that agent's list as a PDF. See Reports and printing.
Cards start with the agent who has the most critical alerts. Within a card, alerts are sorted critical first, then by opportunity value, then by how long they've been waiting. The Süre (Duration) column shows how many days in a row the same alert has been present: Yeni (New), 2. gün (day 2); three days or more is marked red.
Rules and thresholds
The table below lists all 11 of the Chief's rules. The numbers are default thresholds; all can be changed in settings and every rule can be switched off. "Business hours" means the time is only counted within working hours (default 09:00–20:00, clinic time zone).
For open leads
An open lead only gets the single most urgent operational alert at a time. The table is in that priority order.
| Rule | Condition | Severity | Chief's advice |
|---|---|---|---|
| Atanmamış lead (Unassigned lead) | The lead has no owner and is older than 1 hour | Critical | Bir satışçıya ata (Assign it to an agent). |
| Cevapsız mesaj (Unanswered message) | The patient wrote or called (missed call), no reply from the agent since, and 4 business hours have passed | Critical once the wait exceeds a full business day (11 hours by default), warning before that | Hemen geri dön (Reply now). |
| İlk temas gecikti (First contact late) | No call or message to the new lead and more than 60 business minutes since it was created (if the lead is in a stage flagged "Requires contact", Unproven progression is checked instead) | Critical | Şimdi ara (Call now). |
| Ödeme bekliyor (Payment waiting) | A lead in a Payment-class stage hasn't been touched for 24 hours | Critical | Bugün ara, ödemeyi kapat (Call today, close the payment). |
| Kanıtsız ilerletme (Unproven progression) | The lead is in a stage flagged "Requires contact" but there's no call or message on record | Critical | Görüşmenin nasıl yapıldığını satışçıya sor (Ask the agent how the conversation happened). |
| Sonuçlandır (Close it out) | 10 days since the last activity | Warning | Kazanıldı ya da Kaybedildi olarak kapat (Close as Won or Lost). |
| Temas ihlali (Contact breach) | 24 hours since the last activity | Critical after 3 days, warning before that | Ara ve stage'i güncelle (Call and update the stage). |
| Mükerrer kayıt (Duplicate record) | Another open record in the pipeline has the same phone number (all but the oldest are flagged) | Warning | Kayıtları birleştir ya da birini kapat (Merge the records or close one). |
Last activity is whichever is more recent: the lead's last stage change or the agent's last call or message. A small edit to the card doesn't hide inactivity. Contact breach and close-it-out use calendar time; first contact and reply times use business hours.
A lead at the payment stage only gets the Payment waiting alert, so your most valuable patients don't get lost among other alerts. A lead idle for more than 10 days gets Close it out instead of Contact breach. Duplicate record sits outside this order and can appear in addition to other alerts.
For closed leads
These rules apply within 14 days after a lead is closed (30 days for Zero-value sale). There is no priority order; one lead can get more than one alert.
| Rule | Condition | Severity | Chief's advice |
|---|---|---|---|
| Yetersiz deneme (Too few attempts) | The lead was moved to an Unreachable-class stage, but contact was attempted on fewer than 3 different days before closing. Without contact data: marked unreachable within 5 days of creation | Critical | Lead'i geri aç, farklı günlerde ve saatlerde dene (Reopen the lead, try on different days and at different times). |
| Kanıtsız ilerletme (Unproven progression) | Closed in a stage flagged "Requires contact" with no call or message on record | Critical | Ask the agent how the conversation happened. |
| Kayıp nedeni yok (No lost reason) | Lost (excluding unreachable) with no lost reason entered | Warning | Panelde kayıp nedenini seç (Select the lost reason in the panel). |
| Değersiz satış (Zero-value sale) | Won, but the opportunity value is 0 | Warning | Satış tutarını fırsata gir (Enter the sale amount on the opportunity). |
When no alert is raised
- Backlog: open leads that were never touched (no contact, stage never changed) and are older than 14 days don't raise individual alerts; they appear together on the Dokunulmamış birikim (Untouched backlog) card on the Genel tab.
- Contact-based rules (First contact late, Unanswered message, Unproven progression) don't run if the contact source is switched off. They also only apply to leads created after contact tracking started; no "not contacted" claim is made for older leads.
- Messages sent by automations, campaigns and the AI assistant don't count as human contact. See Contact audit.
Current owner vs. origin
Alerts always go to the lead's current owner: an agent who takes over a lead is responsible for its alerts from that moment. The scorecard, however, sometimes looks at the lead's origin (for example, leads handed over by an agent who left). Details: Scorecard.
Past days and the day comparison
- Today's list is live: it is recalculated every time you open it, from the latest sync and with the current thresholds.
- The Chief keeps a record of the alerts every day. When you pick one of the last 45 recorded days from the Gün (Day) list, you see that day's alerts as they were, with the note "… tarihinin kayıtlı uyarıları gösteriliyor. Bugüne dön" (Showing the saved alerts of … Back to today).
The Gün karşılaştırması (Day comparison) card (above the list when viewing today with no agent filter, and also on the Genel tab) compares today with the last recorded day:
- Çözüldü (Resolved): present the previous day, gone today.
- Yeni (New): appeared today.
- Süren (Ongoing): present on both days.
A high "Ongoing" count for an agent means alerts are being seen but not acted on. It's a good starting point for coaching.
Common issues
I can't "dismiss" an alert. There's no manual dismiss in the Chief. An alert disappears by itself at the next sync once the issue is fixed in Opportunities or Conversations (the patient is called, the stage is updated, a lost reason is entered). To see it straight away, click Şimdi yenile (Refresh now).
I called the patient, but the alert is still there. If the call was made outside the panel (a personal phone), the Chief can't see it. Call from the panel or message the patient from the panel.
