MedicalGrow is a CRM built for medical-tourism clinics. Every patient enquiry from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and ad forms lands in one panel, and your team follows each patient on the same screen from the first message to procedure day and the follow-up check.
In this article you'll get to know the modules in the left-hand menu, see the path a patient takes through the panel and find the right starting point for your setup.
The main menu
When you log in you'll see 8 modules on the left. Menu labels appear in English in the panel, and this guide uses the same labels so you can easily find what you're looking for.
| Module | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | A summary of lead, appointment and sales figures. You can build your own dashboards. |
| Conversations | A shared inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, SMS and email messages. |
| Calendars | Online consultations, examinations and procedure appointments. |
| Contacts | Every patient and prospect record, with tags, custom fields, notes and tasks. |
| Opportunities | A pipeline board showing which stage of the sales process each patient is in. |
| Reporting | Ad, source, team, call and appointment reports. |
| Media Storage | File storage for X-rays, photos, treatment plans and documents. |
| Settings | Users, permissions, channels, integrations and all account settings. |
Note
Modules you don't see in the menu (for example automation, website or payment tools) aren't included in your package. If you need them, message our support team on WhatsApp.
How does a patient move through the panel?
The easiest way to understand MedicalGrow is to follow a single patient. Example: Jonas Weber from Germany fills in the form on your Facebook implant ad.
- The moment the form is submitted, Jonas is created as a new contact in Contacts. His source (which ad, which form) is saved on his record.
- At the same time a card appears in the "New Lead" stage of the Opportunities board. The card shows where Jonas is in the sales process.
- Your patient coordinator messages Jonas on WhatsApp. The whole thread is kept in Conversations, linked to his contact record.
- Jonas asks for an online consultation, and the coordinator books it in Calendars. The appointment shows both in the calendar and on the contact record.
- Jonas sends his panoramic X-ray, and the file is saved in his patient folder in Media Storage.
- After the treatment plan and deposit, the card is marked "Won". Dashboard and Reporting show the sale and attribute it to the ad that brought him in.
This flow shows how every module in the panel works together around the same patient record. A change you make in one place is reflected on the other screens.
