Other integrations
Google/Outlook calendar sync, Zoom and Google Meet for online consultations, and what to do about integrations outside your plan.

Besides messaging and ad connections, you can link MedicalGrow to the calendar and video tools your team uses every day. This article covers those integrations and what to do about connections that aren't part of your plan.
At a glance
| Integration | Where | What it gives you |
|---|---|---|
| Google Calendar / Outlook | Calendar settings (per user) | Panel appointments show in your personal calendar; busy times in your personal calendar aren't offered as free slots. |
| Google Meet | Comes with the Google Calendar connection | An automatic Meet link for online consultation appointments. |
| Zoom | Settings → Integrations | An automatic Zoom link for online consultation appointments. |
| Payments (e.g. Stripe) | Not available to users | — |
| Other (API, webhooks, custom CRMs) | Not available to users | Planned with our support team. |
Google and Outlook calendar sync
Each team member can connect their own Google or Outlook calendar. That way, patients can't book your doctor during hours marked "in surgery" in their personal calendar, and new consultations booked in the panel appear on the doctor's phone.
For step-by-step setup, see Connect Google and Outlook calendars.
Tip
Connect the calendar with the own account of the person who takes the appointments (doctor, coordinator). If you use a shared "clinic" Google account, every appointment piles into one calendar and availability is calculated wrongly.
Online consultations with Zoom
The first meeting with patients abroad is usually a video call. With Zoom connected, a unique Zoom link is created automatically for every online consultation and sent to the patient in the booking confirmation.
- Open Settings → Integrations.
- On the Zoom card, click Connect.
- In the Zoom window, log in with the account that will host the meetings and click Allow.
- In your online consultation calendar's settings, choose Zoom as the meeting location — see Create a calendar.
Note
Zoom links are created under the Zoom account that connected. Free Zoom accounts have a meeting time limit; use a paid Zoom account for consultations that may run over 40 minutes.
Google Meet
There's no separate card for Google Meet. After connecting your Google Calendar, choose Google Meet as the meeting location in your calendar settings and a Meet link is added to every appointment automatically. Setup: Connect Google and Outlook calendars.
Example: Amira Haddad from Dubai books an online consultation ahead of her rhinoplasty. The appointment lands in the doctor's Google Calendar with a Meet link, and Amira gets the same link in her confirmation message; nobody hunts for links on the day.
Integrations outside your plan
The following connections aren't available to users in the MedicalGrow plan:
- Payment providers (Stripe, PayPal etc.) and online deposit collection.
- Connections that need automation/workflows: webhooks, sending data to an external CRM or hospital information system, Zapier-style tools.
- API keys and custom development.
If you need one of these, message our support team on WhatsApp describing what you want to achieve (e.g. "move patients who pay a deposit forward in the pipeline automatically"). We'll plan the right solution with you.
