The Create calendar window: the five calendar types.

Personal Booking (one-on-one)

A one-on-one calendar based on a single team member's availability.

Clinic use cases:

  • An operation or examination with a specific surgeon (e.g. "Dr. Mehmet Demir – Implant Surgery").
  • An online consultation with a doctor the patient specifically asked for.

Tip

Giving each doctor their own Personal Booking calendar also makes per-doctor utilisation and appointment reports easier.

Round Robin (shared across a team)

Appointments are distributed among several team members assigned to the calendar, in turn or by availability. The patient doesn't choose who they get; they only choose a time.

Clinic use cases:

  • Free video pre-consultation: whichever coordinator is free gets the booking.
  • Language teams: a "Video Consultation – DE" calendar for two German-speaking coordinators.

For details, see Team calendars.

Class Booking (group session)

One host meets several attendees at the same time. Each session has a capacity (number of seats).

Clinic use cases:

  • Online information webinar: "Hair transplants in Turkey – live Q&A", 30 seats.
  • Pre-op group session for bariatric surgery: a pre-surgery nutrition class.

Collective Booking (joint meeting)

An appointment needs several team members to be free at the same time. The patient only sees times when all of them are available.

Clinic use cases:

  • Case review: implant surgeon + prosthodontist + coordinator on the same video call for a complex All-on-4 case.
  • Interpreted consultation: the doctor and an Arabic interpreter together.

Service Menu

A storefront-style booking page where the patient picks a service first, then (optionally) a staff member, then a time. Each service has its own duration and rules, and can work together with rooms and equipment.

Clinic use cases:

  • Clinics offering several services: "Teeth whitening (60 min)", "Botox (30 min)", "Check-up (20 min)".
  • Procedures that need room and device planning. See Rooms and equipment.

Note

Service Menu and resources (rooms/equipment) are enabled in your account preferences. If you can't see them, message our support team on WhatsApp.
